At Spyder Technologies, we begin the branding and positioning process with an initial complimentary consultation in order to discover your business objectives and requirements. At the same time, we will obtain supporting materials and documentation from you and your team.

Once we have the above, we will assess your current brand and positioning. In order to do this, we may do some preliminary research to better understand your organisation’s business and direction. We may also conduct some research on your industry, market, and identified competition.

Following an initial assessment, we will develop and present a proposal tailored to your needs and objectives. Once terms have been agreed upon, the contract will be signed, a purchase order issued from your company, payment arrangements made and deposit received.

Research, identify key brand performance indicators, develop, design, implement as per customised branding and positioning solution. Examples of likely steps to be included in your solution are the following:
